Your progress charts in Glyco app informs you on your progress in blood glucose readings, weight and activity.

The usefulness of your charts depend on how frequent you log - the more you log, the more data will be displayed in your progress charts.

In general, the charts display a line graph, and key metrics.

For Glucose, the key metrics are: the day's average glucose level, the average of the last 7 days, and the average of the last 30 days.

For Weight, the key metrics are: BMI and the number of times you weighed yourself in that week.

For Activity, the key metrics are: total steps taken today, and the daily average steps for that week.
